In her own words: Kelly’s Philosophy of Counseling and Coaching
My personal motivators include Connection, Choice, Challenges, and Change. The positive Connection I have with my clients is an essential element to interpersonal understanding. Connection leads to security which, in turn, fosters hope and fuels openness to change.
Choices are unavoidable! Good, bad, indifferent, or however you define a decision, choices transform our lives! Choice consists of a mental process of thinking involved with the process of judging multiple options and selecting one for action. The goal is to motivate you to make the best possible choices for your life.
Challenges + problem solving = opportunities. I challenge my clients by creating stimulating scenarios or situations that demand resolution. Facing and dealing with challenges begins change!
Change is inevitable in the coaching relationship. Client’s can metamorphosis and become the true essence of their being! So, are you ready to begin the changing process?
